One of the most important predictors of employees’ job satisfaction is their overall Well-Being.

Therefore, it is important to assess employees’ overall well-being and help them to reach a better overall well-being, which will eventually result in higher productivity and job satisfaction.  
Having your employees complete the BWB Assessment shows that you care.
Please have each of your employees complete the confidential Assessment by forwarding the following link along with your specific Business Code:

We find it works best if you set a deadline for completion - for example two weeks.
We will send you weekly updates until all assessments have been received.

2. Compiling Employee Results

Once we have received completed employee surveys we will compile all the results to find an aggregate score for each pillar as well as an overall well-being score.

Company will be forwarded a leadership questionnaire to gather some further insights.

Leadership meeting will be coordinated.

3. Leadership Meeting

The BWB Brain Trust Team will sit down with the companies leadership to:

  • Review Employee Aggregate scores
  • Review Leadership Questionnaire 
  • Discuss options to Improve Employee Well-Being
  • Establish your Workplace Well-Being Plan 

4. Review, Adjust

BWB will stay in regular contact to review, update and evolve your Companies Tailored Well-Being Plan.
