Table Information

Please don’t park in the hotel parking lot – we want to keep those spots available for the visitors to the SHOW
(of course for Friday set up 12-4 and Sunday take down 4-5 you can park in the lot)

Table Sizes, Prices and Colours
LARGE    8’x2.5’ (7) $500 – Blue
MEDIUM 6’x2.5’ (20) $400* – Green
SMALL 6’x1.5’ (30) $350* – Yellow

Set up will be Friday 12pm-3pm
Take down will be Sunday 4pm-5pm

Each table gets 2 weekend passes and 2 chairs
All linens are included with the tables – table skirts not included
The rooms will be locked up at night and the hotel has security but please don’t leave anything of value overnight.
*$100 Discount for BalAnce Business Members with an Annual Membership or Members with a Monthly Membership for at least 6 months

Description

We started the our semi-annual events in Spring 2019.
One in the Spring and one in the Fall.
BalAnce started hosting various events in 2015 and has become quite well known, so it felt like the right time to introduce the semi-annual Well-Being Experiences.
Currently BalAnce annually hosts 100+ events.

A show case of local well-being practitioners and presenters

The target audience is the local public, anyone that wants to improve where they are in life.  To bring more Balance into their lives.

Presentation Information

There will be a series of Well-Being Experiences during BalAnce 2020.
Eats and Drinks Reception, Concerts, Films, Presentations and Workshops.
The Experience room is carpeted and holds up to 150 people.
The Workshop room is carpeted and holds up to 50 people.
Classes can be held outside on THE DECK – yoga, pilates, exercise, demonstrations, meditation, etc….
